Job Functions:

  • Set up files for new construction projects and maintain all job files
  • Participates in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets and other documents
  • Perform daily timekeeping function for employees
  • Work as liaison between clients, project management, and employees to service the needs of each
  • Other general office duties

Requirements:

  • Three years office experience required
  • Must be extremely reliable and able to deliver on a deadline
  • Proficient in use of 10-key calculator, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, accurate in work, quick learner
  • Construction clerical experience a plus
